I've been following your blog for a while now. I'm recently turned, too, and my maker's more interested in teaching me how to gather information like him instead of teaching me how to be a vampire. Your blog is probably one of my favorites out there, and I've been keeping an ear to the ground trying to make sure you would be okay if something happened. I hear Bon Temps is exciting, and not always in a good way.
Anyway, I suppose it's best I tell you that I'm makerless because of me wanting to keep an eye out for you. I heard about the witches and came as fast as I could. My maker and I went to ground near Shreveport and the next day he was pulled into the sun. I wasn't though. My maker had once said I went from being one super to another. Maybe I used to be something that's immune to magic?
Either way, the responsibility of gathering info is on me, now, but I still wanna do what I can. I may be learning how to be a vampire, but I'm good at this info game. Keep an eye out for your boy toy. Steve Newland has been missing for a while. I'm thinking he was turned. Also, a parking garage was recently vandalized. Some concrete was broken and all that was left behind were silver chains.
